1Eligibility and acceptance
You may use Super Ase only if you are at least 18 years old, meet any higher minimum age required by applicable law, and have the legal capacity to enter this agreement. You are responsible for confirming that online gaming is permitted in the location from which you access the platform. Accessing Super Ase from a restricted location, or by using technology intended to hide your true location, is prohibited.
When registering, you must provide complete and accurate information, including your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested for account verification. Super Ase may request proof of identity, address, source of funds, or ownership of a payment account. Failure to provide satisfactory documents may result in limits, delayed transactions, suspension, or account closure.
Employees, contractors, game providers, payment partners, and persons with privileged information may be restricted from particular games or markets. You must not use Super Ase on behalf of another person, allow a minor to access your account, or register using false, borrowed, or stolen identity details.
2Account security and verification
Each player may maintain only one active Super Ase account unless written permission is provided. Duplicate accounts may be suspended or closed, and related bonuses, bets, or winnings may be reviewed. Accounts connected through matching identity records, devices, payment instruments, contact details, or coordinated activity may also be examined where there is a reasonable security concern.
Your username, password, verification codes, and device access are personal. Do not share them with friends, relatives, agents, or anyone claiming that they can improve your winnings. 3Deposits, balances, and withdrawals

Deposits should come from a payment account owned by the registered player. Third-party funding, cash-for-account arrangements, chargebacks made without a valid basis, and the use of payment instruments without the owner's permission are prohibited. Super Ase may return an unsupported deposit to its source or request additional evidence before the funds can be used.
Your displayed balance may include cash funds, withdrawable winnings, bonus funds, or amounts under review. These categories are not always interchangeable. Bonus balances can be subject to wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum stakes, or expiry dates. A technical display error does not create a right to funds that were not validly deposited, won, or awarded.
Withdrawal requests are processed after required checks are complete. 4Sports betting and game rules
A wager becomes valid when it is accepted by the Super Ase system and appears in the account's confirmed betting record. Adding a selection to a bet slip does not reserve the displayed odds. Odds may move, markets may close, or a wager may be rejected before confirmation. You should review the sport, league, event, participant, market, stake, and potential return before pressing the final confirmation button.
Bets are settled using official results and the market-specific rules shown by Super Ase. Rules may differ for basketball, MMA, volleyball, football, esports, and other competitions. Matters such as overtime, abandoned events, postponed fixtures, participant withdrawals, venue changes, dead heats, and corrected official results are handled according to the applicable market rules.
A match postponed beyond the stated settlement period may be voided unless the relevant rule provides otherwise. A selection voided within a multiple bet may be calculated at neutral odds while the remaining selections continue. Once a correct settlement has been completed, later unofficial commentary or social media discussion will not normally change the result.
Casino, poker, jackpot, and slot outcomes are governed by the rules of the relevant game. Where a network interruption occurs, the provider's completed game record will determine whether a round finished and how it should be settled. Super Ase may correct an obvious pricing, payout, game, or system error. Winnings arising solely from a clear malfunction may be cancelled, with the valid original stake restored where appropriate.
5Bonuses and promotional offers
Promotions offered by Super Ase may have separate terms covering eligibility, qualifying deposits, wagering requirements, minimum odds, contribution rates, maximum stakes, eligible games, expiry periods, and withdrawal limits. Those specific promotional terms form part of this agreement. If a promotional rule conflicts with a general provision, the specific rule applies to that offer.
Unless stated otherwise, a bonus is limited to one eligible player, household, device, payment source, or shared connection. Coordinated registrations, opposite betting, low-risk wagering intended only to release bonus funds, delayed-round manipulation, or any other attempt to secure an unfair promotional benefit is not allowed. Super Ase may withhold or remove a bonus and related winnings where the offer was obtained or used improperly.
Players should check the full conditions before opting in. A headline amount is not the same as immediately withdrawable cash. If you prefer to play without a bonus, do not activate the offer. Where the interface provides a choice, confirm your preference before depositing or wagering.
6Fair play and prohibited conduct

During a review, Super Ase may suspend bets, restrict withdrawals, request documents, or place a temporary hold on relevant funds. If a material breach is established, the platform may void affected transactions, remove improperly obtained benefits, close connected accounts, and return any legitimate remaining balance where permitted.
7Responsible gaming obligations
Gaming should remain affordable entertainment. You are responsible for deciding whether to play, setting a budget, and keeping track of the time and money you spend. Super Ase may provide deposit limits, cooling-off options, session controls, or self-exclusion tools. Once a restriction is activated, its stated conditions apply and early removal may not be available.

A self-excluded player must not attempt to return through another identity or account. Super Ase may close accounts created to bypass a restriction. Family members or concerned persons may provide information, but account action will follow privacy, verification, and responsible gaming procedures.
8Privacy and communications

Keep your mobile number and other account information current. Super Ase is not responsible for a missed message caused by outdated details, a full inbox, blocked notifications, or an issue controlled by your mobile or internet provider.
9Suspension and account closure
You may request account closure, subject to verification and the settlement of outstanding transactions. Before closure, open wagers may remain active until they are settled unless another arrangement is required. Any valid withdrawable balance will be handled under the standard Super Ase payment and verification process.
Super Ase may limit, suspend, or close an account for a breach of these Terms, security risk, suspected fraud, prohibited location, duplicate registration, payment dispute, responsible gaming concern, legal requirement, or prolonged inactivity. Where appropriate and legally permitted, the player will be informed of the action and any steps required.
Closing an account does not remove obligations that arose before closure. Provisions concerning verification, payment disputes, intellectual property, prohibited conduct, settlement corrections, and liability continue where their nature requires them to survive.
10Availability and limitation of liability
Super Ase works to provide a stable and secure service, but uninterrupted access cannot be promised. Maintenance, network failures, device problems, payment outages, provider downtime, events beyond reasonable control, or emergency security measures may affect availability. Players should not wait until the final seconds before placing a time-sensitive wager.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Super Ase is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from unavailable services, rejected wagers, delayed external payments, device failure, internet interruption, or a player's failure to secure login credentials. Nothing in these Terms excludes a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Platform content is provided for gaming and general information. Statistics, previews, and event information may come from third-party data feeds and should not be treated as financial advice or a guarantee of results. The official accepted bet record remains the primary evidence of a transaction with Super Ase.
11Complaints and dispute review
If you believe a transaction or settlement is incorrect, contact Super Ase support promptly and provide the account details, bet identification, transaction reference, date, amount in PHP, and a clear explanation. Screenshots can help, but the secure account and provider records will be used for the final technical review.
Support will first check the available records and explain the outcome. More complex matters may be escalated to the relevant payments, risk, game, or trading team. You must cooperate with reasonable requests for information. Abusive language, threats, or repeated duplicate submissions will not speed up the process.
These Terms are governed by the laws and regulatory requirements applicable to the operation and the player. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal review process will be handled through the legally available forum with proper jurisdiction.
12Changes and general provisions
Super Ase may update these Terms to reflect product changes, new payment methods, revised market rules, security requirements, or legal obligations. The current version will be published on this page with its effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or registered account details.
Continuing to use Super Ase after revised Terms take effect means that you accept the updated agreement. If you do not agree, stop using the platform and request account closure after resolving open bets and balances.
If one provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure by Super Ase to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later. You may not transfer your account or rights under this agreement to another person.
